This event aims to gather the scientific and industrial community working on the thematic of bioactive and biofunctional peptides in France, and internationally, close to Nancy. Indeed, lots of scientists are focusing their attention and interest on peptides for their applications related either to their biofunctionality (metal-complexation, emulsification, targeting properties, etc.) and their bioactivity (antimicrobial, antioxidant, antihypertensive, anti-cancer, etc.) with some methodologies and applications common to this type of biomolecules. This scientific day will boost the scientific community working on such peptides and will be the starting point for future collaboration on this hot topic, with a specificity on the screening and separation strategies used for their discovery.
